Accessing Form Responses through Google Sheets
Google Form Responses will be shown in the format of a Google Sheet. This is very comparable to Microsoft Excel Sheets, and Google Sheets has many of the same features of Microsoft Excel Sheets. Google Forms will also allow you to view a summary of your results. It will be displayed in graphs generated by Google to allow you to look for trends. To view this you must be in the editing mode of your form and click "Responses" then "Summary of Responses."

Google Sheets has the option to add an add-on called Flubaroo that will grade responses from a form. To add this simply open up any Google Form and click Add-ons, then Get add-ons.
First, you must generate an answer key by completing your form yourself with all of the correct answers. Then you can open your form responses sheet click add-ons and Flubaroo. You will choose the option Grade Assignment and follow the steps prompted. Your grade sheet will be in an additional tab to your original responses. |
